The Global Musics programme is now officially open for applications! From 15 March onwards, you can apply via Studielink. Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about the programme.

1 - I previously applied to the World Music programme. How will my audition materials be considered? Do I need to submit anything new?
If you have already submitted materials in the past, we will review them on a case-by-case basis. We will inform you soon whether you need to update your portfolio or retake any exams. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition for returning candidates.
2 - I noticed that the Turkish Music section on the website is missing. Will this specialisation still be available?
Yes! The Turkish Music specialisation remains part of the programme and is now included under Maqam and Modal Traditions of the Silk Roads.
3 - Is there any additional information or sessions available to learn more about the new curriculum and auditions?
We are planning to host information sessions closer to the start of the academic year. We will send out invitations to those who have been accepted, so please keep an eye on your inbox for updates.
4 - When will the Open Day for World Music be?
We will announce an Open Day soon. You will receive a direct invitation with all the details.
5 - When are the auditions for Global Musics?
Auditions will take place from 22 to 25 April 2025. Applicants will receive detailed information about the audition process after submitting their application through Studielink.
