Erasmus Jazz Price

Every year, Codarts presents the finals of the famous Erasmus Jazz Prize. This unique event for up-and-coming jazz talent is experiencing its 26th edition this year! During the final, the talents go to extremes to get the best out of themselves. They challenge themselves, explore and exceed the boundaries of music. Expect a very varied, unique jazz program with the best young musicians of the moment. 

The Erasmus Jazz Prize was introduced by Codarts and the Friends of Codarts Foundation to give young jazz talent a push in the direction of the professional circuit. The now prestigious prize turned out to be a great stepping stone for a number of successful young jazz musicians. In 2023 won Kim Kamilla Jäger the Erasmus Jazz Prize.
