A special evening celebrating a century of Brazilian popular music, led by the talented Daniel Montes! During the week, under his guidance, our students delved deep into the sounds of Brazil to take a musical journey from the early 20th century to the present. They selected an iconic song from each decade and analysed, arranged and reshaped each piece to capture the essence of that era. The result? A live retrospective performance featuring 13 songs that showcase the evolution of Brazilian music from samba and bossa nova to contemporary Brazilian pop.

This concert offers a rare opportunity to experience the rich diversity of Brazilian musical styles and see how these traditions have shaped and transformed popular music over time.
