The concert "Paden van het Zuiden" invites us to explore the soundscapes of Southern Europe through a carefully curated selection of masterpieces. Under the direction of Daniel Ros, this event serves as the final concert of his master's program in conducting and offers a musical experience where his Spanish influences from Manuel de Falla and Joaquín Turina blend with the colorism of Claude Debussy.

The concert will be performed by the Hondo Orchestra, an ensemble created exclusively for this event, featuring the collaboration and fusion of 75 exceptional musicians. This includes professional musicians from Spain and the Netherlands, as well as students completing their master’s degrees in performance at conservatories in Rotterdam, The Hague, Amsterdam, Utrecht, Maastricht, and Brussels.
