Our programme offers you an inspiring curriculum that revolves around innovation, diversity and collaboration. In our focus on musical traditions such as Maqam, Silk Routes, Afro-Caribbean and South American music and Argentine Tango, we celebrate the richness of these genres and also give you the tools to take these traditions forward. You will learn from experienced artists and teachers who know the music scene like no other - from bustling Rotterdam to far beyond.
*As this is a newly developed programme, there will be continuous evaluation and improvement throughout the academic year to ensure it meets the highest standards of education. Codarts is committed to maintaining transparent communication with students at every stage of this process. In rare cases, if enrolment numbers are insufficient, or if unforeseen challenges arise during the development of the course, it may result in the programme not being able to commence or continue. However, we take such decisions with the utmost care, prioritising student interests and always ensuring that any necessary changes are communicated well in advance.
New and flexible curriculum
Within our new, practice-based curriculum, experiential learning is central. You will develop artistic skills, gain a solid foundation in entrepreneurship and build both local and international networks.
Through flexible learning routes and tailor-made guidance, you will prepare yourself for a career that can adapt to the constantly changing music world.
