Per 1 september 2023 is Codarts voor de afdeling Muziek op zoek naar een:

Hoofdvakdocent Klarinet
(ca. 0,2 fte = 7,20 uur per week)

De werkzaamheden:
Je verzorgt individuele hoofdvaklessen en groepslessen op het niveau van bachelor en master. In het team met de collega-docenten ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van de studenten op het gebied van zowel artisticiteit als vaktechniek. Verder neem je zitting in beoordelingscommissies van de klarinetstudenten, alsmede vakgroepoverleggen.

Geboden wordt:

Bij Codarts volgen we de cao HBO. Salariëring conform deze cao in schaal 11 op basis van 1 fte: min. € 4.030,40 en max. € 5.332,48 (afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring).
Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao HBO, waaronder een goede verlofregeling, een eindejaarsuitkering, fietsenplan, pensioenregeling (ABP), studiefaciliteiten, Rotterdampas, collectieve zorgverzekering.
De mogelijkheid om je kennis en vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.
Het betreft een jaarcontract met uitzicht op verlenging.

Per 1 September 2023, Codarts is looking for a:

Principal Clarinet Teacher
(approx. 0,2 fte = 7,20 hours per week)

Your work:
You will provide individual principal study lessons and group lessons at Bachelor's and Master's level. In the team with fellow teachers you are responsible for the development of the students in both artistry and technique. You will also serve on assessment committees for clarinet students, as well as departmental meetings.

The ideal candidate:

Can provide weekly lessons;
Can inspire;
Has a strong reputation and extensive experience in the field;
Has demonstrated teaching qualities;
Has extensive experience with and knowledge of music education at the higher education level, nationally and internationally;
Has an inquisitive attitude;
Contributes to musical diversity within Codarts;
Possesses a master's degree or equivalent;
Has excellent English language skills in speech and writing;
Is open to innovation in education;
Is a team player.

What we offer:

At Codarts we follow the collective labor agreement HBO. Salary according to this CAO in scale 11 based on 1 fte: min. € 4,030.40 and max. € 5,332.48 (depending on education and experience).
Working conditions according to the cao HBO, including a good leave scheme, a year-end bonus, bicycle plan, pension scheme (ABP), study facilities, Rotterdam pass, collective health insurance.
The opportunity to further develop your knowledge and skills.
A one-year contract with the prospect of extension.
